Having decided to do a mini tour of Germany it was established that the cheapest way to start it was to fly with Ryanair From Newcastle to Stansted, then Stansted – Lubeck, where we picked up a hire car & drove to the “real” Hamburg airport. Arriving in the evening meant there was time for a bit of logging but not enough light for photos, so this album starts on the following morning.    We spent most of the day at Hamburg airport but fitted in a guided tour of the Airbus factory at Finkenwerder, before returning our hire car at Hamburg & taking a Lufthansa flight to Munich.
